Need a good champagne or sparklingn Wine suggestion to go with strawberries?

I’m planning a very nice, romantic evening for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day, and want to do the strawberries & champagne thing. I know very little about champagne or Sparkling Wine. I would love some suggestions on a good $25-30 champagne or sparkling wine to serve with strawberries. Any suggestions? Thanks!
I should have mentioned that I’m serving chocolate covered strawberries, not plain ones.

You can do 375mL of Cliquot Yellow Label Brut or G.H. Mumm for under $30. Both are champagnes.

(Despite what other answerers say, unless you work for the company, you can NOT get Moët & Chandon or Charles Heidsieck for under $30 legally. Restaurants barely get them for that low in bulk.)
